Just a good match for a short weekend trip in Castlebar with good value for cost. The shower was fantastic, giving a refreshing end to long days. Try to ask for recommendations on local spots to check out.

Spacious room with plenty of storage. Gorgeous towels that were changed daily made for a pleasant experience.
The second-floor streetside location brings some consistent traffic noise throughout the night, which could disrupt sleep. It's about a 35-minute walk to the town, so it feels a bit isolated.

Outstanding hospitality and delicious breakfast
Bridget and Brendan made us feel like part of their family from the moment we walked in. The room was spacious and immaculate, with soft towels and a great selection of toiletries provided. Breakfast was a highlight, with an impressive array of options, including a traditional Irish fry that was simply divine. The location was quite convenient, especially since we had our own car, and they were more than happy to take us where we needed to go. I just wish there were more hooks in the bathroom to hang our towels.
